Handyman Services: Exteriors, Gutters, Maintenance & Repair

Golden Gate Gutters provides free, no-obligation estimates for gutter, maintenance and exterior home improvement projects.
For many projects, we can prepare an estimate using your description, photos and other information you provide. For larger or more complex projects, we may arrange a free in-person job-site review to evaluate the visible conditions and confirm the scope of work before preparing an estimate.

Please note the difference between an estimate and an inspection:

  • Free estimates and job-site reviews: Used to evaluate the scope of identified work and estimate its cost. An in-person review is arranged when warranted by the project’s size, complexity and location.
  • Maintenance assessments: May be included as part of an agreed maintenance service, such as gutter cleaning followed by an assessment of accessible gutter conditions and an appropriate water test.
  • Formal inspections and diagnostic assessments: Charged services for customers who need a more detailed evaluation or want to investigate the cause of a problem, such as a leak, moisture intrusion or dry rot.

A free estimating visit does not include a formal inspection or guarantee identification of the underlying cause of a problem. If a paid inspection or diagnostic assessment is recommended, we will explain the proposed scope and fee before scheduling.
